What is your Return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return merchandise to Sports Depot. Item(s) must be in original packaging. You should state when you call our toll FREE number at 1-866-762-7227 or send an email, if the item was the wrong one, damaged in transit, and any other information you can provide about the shipment. Please call our toll FREE number if you have any further questions regarding a shipment. You must contact us before returning any items to Sports Depot.
Do I have to register to shop?
No not at this time. But you do have to provide all information during the checkout process for that particular order. If you choose to register, your information and password are kept confindential, but by entering a user name and password whenever you return to shop at Sports Depot and login your shipping information will already be entered when checking out. You can change all the information on the account after logging in to your account. If you would only like to shop once an awhile it is not neccesary to register with us. Your credit card information can not be brought up in your account for your safety. Only your name, address, phone, and email are stored in your account info, plus orders you have placed and can track. You must provide a valid email address on your order as you are sent a confirmation order immediately after placing an order and all correspondance is done via the email address you provide to update you about your order. An order will be deleted immediately when an email address is not verified. If you have any difficulty placing your order on our website call us immediately at 1-866-762-7227 toll free and we will assist you or enter the order for you.
What if I receive the incorrect items?
If we ship the incorrect items call or email us immediately about your order. We will handle this on a case by case basis. DO NOT open the incorrect items you received, if they are sealed.
When am I charged for my order?
Your order is not billed until it is ready to ship for credit card customers. Paypal orders are charged a soon as they check out. We can not control the fact that PayPal orders are automatically charged at the time of checkout. If you make a mistake on your order or want to cancel a PayPal order, you should do so immediately. If for any reason beyond our control we can not get the items on your PayPal orders, we will gladly refund your money on non shipped items.
Why has my order not shipped? Is it on Backorder?
It is possible that all or part of an order is on backorder. We receive shipments from our distributors on a regular basis and at times we and they may be temporarily out of stock, or the item may have become discontinued.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard,American Express, Discover, and Paypal!
How do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated when checking out. We use USPS, FedEx Ground, and UPS and will ship the best possible method for us and the customer at this time. If you order merchandise and we ship what we have in stock, and your order is waiting on a backorder or out of stock item, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for each shipment to you. Shipping specials only apply to the lower 48 states of the United States. Shipping to Canada is actual shipping cost.
Heavy or large items may include additional charges! We will email you if you purchase an item not included in shipping special. Most orders and items are included! You will be contacted if the shipping special does not apply to your order, with an estimate on actual shipping charges!
At this time items not included in the shipping special are, comforters, bedding sets, chairs, canopy tents, and other large or heavy items. You will receive an email, with shipping cost on these and other items!
Shipping fees are Non-Refundable!
We currently do not ship to Canada, only the lower 48 United States.
I can't find an item I am looking for?
Usually if you see an item for another team and your team or sport is not listed simply send us an email to see if we can locate the item for your team. If we can and you want the item, we will add it to your order, or create a new order for you. Send request by filling out the information on the "Contact Us" page.
Can you explain the search feature?
If you have looked through your team categories and you can not locate a specific item, try the search feature to find a specific item or group of items. Say you want to find all "flags" for the team or sport. Start by typing in "flag" into the search box and than try the plural "flags", and any other keyword you think might bring up a result for the item you are trying to locate. Also another method is to try and find an exact match. For example "Dallas Cowboy Flag", this would bring up all items in this category that contain the three search terms in the description. If used properly "search" can be a very powerful tool for you to use, when browsing through hundreds or thousands of items on our site.
Are the pictures sometimes different on merchandise?
Since the items such as license plates, bumper stickers, pennants, flags, etc...are updated frequently by the manufacturers with new designs, the actual product may differ from the photo in some instances.
